Returns
Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to CasaItaliaOnline. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a full credit or exchange, so long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition. Unfortunately for obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns for food products for "change of mind" purchases.
Making A Return
If you want to return a product to us for credit or exchange, please contact us first to make arrangements. Returns can then be done through Australia Post or your local courier. However, delivery costs will be at your own expense unless prior arrangements have been made with CasaItaliaOnline.

Credits
CasaItaliaOnline can process a full credit towards future purchases at casaitaliaonline.com.au. Conditional upon prior arrangement with CasaItaliaOnline and receipt of returned goods. The credit amount is only for the product cost itself (ie. will not include credit for delivery costs). Excludes food products, unless items to be returned are of non-merchantable quality.
Exchanges
CasaItaliaOnline can also process an exchange for purchases. Conditional upon prior arrangement with CasaItaliaOnline and receipt of returned goods. Do note that postage will be payable again for delivery of exchanged products. Excludes food products, unless items to be exchanged are of non-merchantable quality.
