Order Tracking
When you place your order with CasaItaliaOnline, you will be given an Order Number for your reference. Using this number, you can view the status of your order anytime by clicking on the Order Tracking link at the top of the page.

Delivery
All goods will be delivered Monday-Friday, during business hours only. In some cases, the delivery will need to be signed for, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address nominated.

Product Availability
Not all products are kept in our Sydney fulfilment centre, so certain items cannot be dispatched immediately. Whilst we do envisage that most orders are delivered sooner, please do allow 5-10 business days for your order to be delivered.

If you select a number of products and one of them cannot be posted due to availability, you will have the entire order delivered as soon as all the products are available. If this will be longer than a 5-10 business day period, you will be notified first via email.

Receipt
At the end of the ordering & payment process, you will be presented with a confirmation screen containing your order number. This will also act as your receipt number and this page can be printed for your reference. You will also be sent an email confirming this order/receipt number as soon as your order has been processed.
